It is sad to see this way of life dieing out. City folks dont know what an honest days of work for an honest days pay is. And the citys keep growing and buying up farm land. So sad

The city life is not hard. Actually, it is a lot of fun. There is a misconception about living outside the country lifestyle. God gives us beauty all around us.

It's hard to believe that this song sat on the shelf 15 years before Travis picked it up and (in my opinion) turner it into one of the best songs of all time in all three categories. performance, production, and lyrics. Nice voice Ron but---(and I mean this in a good way) your phrasing was a little off. Keep working, Bill
