I almost fell for it because a few days ago I horrible virus and I am like omg it's back! I removed a virus file myself and I am not a pro so I don't know if I got rid of all it. Glad that I researched it.

i get these allot and ignore them.
that website is malicious in most cases if not all cases,and the website itself contains a virus or key-loggers of sorts.
i think it's less about the marketing,and more about putting bots on your computer to get your credit card info etc...

Why would you answer it or accept calls from anyone you don't know?
angrywhenaroused has it right. Anyone not on your contacts gets autoblocked. Do you read every e-mail you get and open every attachment too? That's just silly. :)
In the last 4+ years of using Skype I have gotten 2 unwated Skype requests...after taking the time to play with the settings... never again
