Yesu ni dawa.......I tell you the truth, whoever hear my words and believes him who sent me has enternal life and will not not be condemned; he has crossed over from the death to life. I tell you the truth a time is comming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the son of God and those who hear will live. John 5;24-25

God bless you Ester
Whe we read our bible in John 6:35 Then Jesus declared , I am the bread of life .He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believe in me will never be thirsty....37 ..All that the Father gives me i will never drive away...38.. For i have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me...therefore we need to accepts him as medicine /savior to cure/save our needs
God bess you again

It means "there is medicine" in swahili. Kuna = There is and dawa = medicine. She is saying that Jesus is the real medicine.
