There is a legal way to get the full version (not the trial).

Go to autodesk's website, look for whichever version of maya you'd like (I suggest 2011) and download the student version. The only difference between that and the full version is that when you save your file it lets you know that this file was created with a student version.

@fapotu does this really work and is blender the same layout as this, I want to do digital media and more specifically this type of media, but I have can't afford Maya so I use Blender but is the layout for blender and Maya the same?
