Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Awareness

One of the most vulnerable states a person can be in is to be the fetus of a pregnant woman who drinks, or have been the result of fertilized sperm by a drunken man. What are the effects of fetal alcohol syndrome, what are the symptoms? is their anyhope???
