it didn't work for my ipad with IOS 4.3.1as well. Waited for 30 mins for it to process and finally have to cancel it. How long does it takes to jailbreak usually? Thanks !

after jailbreaking does it allow you to start getting purchased games for free or do you have to do something because it wont let me jailbreak on my ipad and i didnt up date it to 4.3.2!!! help me!

This is only meant for the 1st generation iPad...I have received many confirmations of success for those running iOS 4.3.1 on the original iPad.

You need to be sure you're running iOS 4.3.1, don't update to iOS 4.3.2 when it is released in a couple weeks!
