Ennio Morricone - 'The Crisis' (The Legend of 1900 / Seven Pounds) Piano & Strings Cover

My cover of The Crisis by Ennio Morricone as featured in The Legend of 1900 and Seven Pounds.

If you're not already familiar with this piece, you may think it sounds 'off' at first, but the dissonance is intentional. The clashing minor/major 3rd is said to represent both sadness and happiness, and in this case you'll realise that it is fittingly beautiful and Morricone is a genius!

After recording the piano part I overdubbed the strings in Ableton Live.

@irvineworld The strings were added in Ableton Live. You can find the device I used under Instruments > Instruments Rack > Synth Strings > Strings-Concert Strings. :)
