Because he has to do. He had a skin illness called vitiligo and he had to do that surgery(that's why he became white). The cosmetic surgery every star has one or more. Why everybody judge him for that? Is not fair.

yes i understand what your saying. A lot of hollywood stars get surgeries done to. But honestly his looks downright WIERD, ODD, STRANGE, INHUMAN. Im not saying that in a rude way and I know im not the only one who thinks so.
