    i suck at all my classes but math. the 5x + 20 is an answer because you cant add them up unless you know what x equals.

    haha x and y are letters to replace an unknown number. You need to like math even if you hate it, cause it's going to be HELL. Alpha, Beta, Gamma...finding the discriminant, modules, vectors, homothety and let's just say stereometry is painfully hard. I've been through all of this and even though I don't like math, I've grown to respect it.

    I'm at a post school level in Reading, Writing and such, and I'm only 13 but MATH; that crap is abuse. How the heck does the letter X even fit in to math? Has ANYONE ever seen their parents try to figure out the value of y while doing taxes? Hm? NEVER. How does that fit in to real life?! Thats right, it DOESNT't. Okay. My rant is over.
