I make raw sprouted bread, from scratch, using wheat berries. I use the bread to make smiley toast and a veggie sandwich.

  • Hi

Can I use an oven? If yes, at what temperature ? Thanks for the video.

  • @gowmukhi Yes... the lowest temp. Some people keep the door open to get an even lower temp.

  • I noticed that you used the small dehydrated and wanted to know if you are happy with it because to make this type of bread I need to order one. I have very little space in the house and have to decide whether to buy a small one or the larger dehydrator. thank you for your response.

  • @Abby6786 No... it sucks. Get an Excalibur lol.

  • Will you marry me? lol ...I really want to eat raw but can't cook for the life of me!

  • @PinkBotox LOL

  • I saw someone below bashing you for putting the "unhealthy " toppings on ur bread. That blew me away. What's with all the food police? Unless you are roasting a baby on barbecue....it's none of my damn business what you eat. You never claimed to be one of the "Raw Gurus".....besides.... cashew butter is healthier than a McGriddle . I applaud your efforts. I also appreciate you taking the time to video the real deal from a newbies point of view. God Bless You and Yours.

  • @FloridaSalon Thanks!

  • if you guys eat raw then do you guys have a strict policy on raw meat or you guys are all vegan

  • I don't want to know how big are your electricity bills after using dehydrator. I go raw and just enjoy my sprouts the way they are. BTW I read a research that says that the berries and all kind of seeds when they soak in the water and popping the sprouts they "vivify" it and it becomes to be a structured cluster water that is the same like our body naturally has. I personally think that dehydration is not that bad way if you just start raw, but for good it is just spoiling the natural products.

  • I get it! "Looks like they're ready to BERRY themselves" :D :D haw haw haw

  • Thank you for this recipe! I am gonna buy a sprouter (or two) right now. You're doing a great job!

  • @thatoneguyonline I have the same dehydrator and I found if I used a mesh you can order online that they use to make cheese it works best, you can use it over and over again and I find the wax paper blocks the air flow on the side that dries the food, and it was really cheap I could do all of my 12 trays for pennies :)

  • i love the "mMmMmM!" after every bite lol. I'm just curious... that's a LOT of grain in a raw diet for one day. I'm new to raw but as far as nutrition is concerned the majority of your intake should be green right? I'm 175 pounds and just one of those bread sticks would have filled me up for about 6 hours. Although, if i had just made my first raw bread I would have eaten the whole thing in one day :) happy un-baking!

  • dude don't use that wax paper. it hinders the air flow. severly.

  • @11Moni22 agave nectar is full of fructose and onions are from the allium family... just google it.
