Playing with some principles from De Campo 1-2-3 Original which can be used in sparring..we encourage people to use protection when they practice the drills mainly for the right feel of the distance..Most of the time when you get a bounce on the stick when hitting a target it is very hard to recover for the second shot..having contact will actually help acquire those attributes you need when you do full sparring..we call it the T.D.A.: Timing,Distance,Accuracy..
