Tuna with tbs of Olive Oil (albacore tuna)
15g fat, 0g carbs, 30g protein: 240 calories

Cottage Cheese (1/2 cup)
0g fat, 5g carbs, 13g protein: 70 calories

Apple with Peanut Butter
16g fat, 36g carbs, 9g protein: 320 calories

Total
31g fat, 41g carbs, 52g protein: 630 calories :)

  • @SonicXStyle i think its medium gi. but i was looking at his description but he did not include the crackers. How many carbs , protein calories etc?
