I know of some countries that offer free dental care for their school age kids under 17. When I was a teen and young adult, I made it a point to take care of my teeth...and I saw the benefits decades following.
Be nice if they get that for people that are disabled on SSI or SSD people don't have this kind of insurance to pay for this and some insurance only pays like 10% of it and to have like a tooth pulled for them is like 110$ ...But any ways, Just wanted to put my two cents in<----figure of speach
