How much electricity, general $ estimate, does this system use monthly?

just automate the process, so you just turn it on and off rather than having to move stuff al over and crap.

so let me get this right ... would this work??? as I pump it out of the vat(at an undiscloed location I put it through a series of sock filters then use my centrifuge (looking at making a one tank 275 gallon portable unit . it would be ready to just pump into the vehicles tank with no chemicals as long as it's above 60 degrees f. what about water???? or glycerin??? I"M looking to make soap to supplement my income please do tell more email me even. where can I get that red pump from??

i bet if you ran it through the centrifuge first, then your sock filters, you'd never have to change the sock filters because the centrifuge would have caught the larger coarse particles as well as the fine sub micron stuff.

screw the hybrid. get a jetta TDI and just run dino. 45-55 mpg. better power, no batteries, fewer electonics to go bad, it will last longer without a doubt, hold resale value, you dont chance looking like an enviro-snob, it doesnt follow society's rules, and you may have better emissions comparativly. also Honda, BMW and toyota are talking about a 2011 delivery of their diesel cars. anywhere between 40 and 70 mpg.

i don't understand why the 10 micron & 1 micron sock filtering? when the centrifuge will remove all the way down to sub-micron as well as dewater. it would seem to me a 200 micron prefilter then a nice slow flow of heated oil through the centrifuge would do the same in less steps and use a lot of filters.
but hey you actually did it! built and put to use a functioning WVO fuel processing system and run your vehicle with it! BRAVO !
but why are you selling ?

With all the hard work you put into designing and building your filtration setup, why are you selling it?
I prefilter because it cets a lot of the coarse particles out, and the more I filter, the less sneaks through.
Those TDIs are sweet little cars, but alas, I am an enviro-snob, I think that everything we do sends a message, including the things we buy and the things we drive, and this hybrid is just getting us through to the release of the AIR CAR anyway. (whenever that mey be...)

I've been running this grease fuel coop for 3+ years, pretty much giving grease away( I sell it at cost), and it's grown a lot recently. It's been eating up more of my time, and work has been eating up more of my time, and there are a few operations in my area that are interested in taking over the service I've been providing. My wife has been pressing for me to take a little time for myself and trade for a hybrid. Love rules.
