Why I'm not watching Real Housewives of Atlanta or anywhere else

This is a big thing for me. To watch these types of reality TV shows (or any shows) and continue feeling disturbed or let it all go. Do something better with my time.

I wish these shows portrayed more camaraderie, support, sisterhood, overcoming obstacles, mentoring, community, enterprise, or philanthropy. But that content won't boost their ratings, right?!

The OWN documentary, Miss Representation challenged me. I recommend you see it.

I get tired of the angry black women that is always shown on tv. These reality show are too much. Tia and Tamera show was good but the rest is just fool of drama. I have cut back on a lot of shows because it doesn't do anything for me

I agree. I've watched my fair share of reality t.v. and had to check myself many times on why I was wasting my time watching grow women embarrass themselves and their families with their craziness!
