I agree... The fact that most, or all??, Deaf institutes are sponsored by the government, is a bit alarming. I wonder if anyone knows of any Deaf institute or school that is privately funded? I believe we need to have at least one in North America that is!

there is a school for the hard of hearing in canada that i attended.... just wish that i took sign language class ur signing is too fast and advanced for me to understand. =(

ADA laws ( america deaf ass.) will fight for thier rights here in USA. government's WEAK they cant close deaf schools here in USA unless small number of students attentace
