@CheyZenaxx Yea but our leaders were smart enough to BAN and CLOSE ALL Horse slaughter houses in the US in 2006. But it is not "Canada's" fault it is idiot people who want to CONSUME horse meat and demand it which therefore demands transport, slaughter, auctions, etc. It is not one thing or one person's fault it is a collection of mistakes made by people who think this is an okay practice. A LOT of this is caused by people who are misinformed.

@edfitzfish there are states that still allow slaughter of horses so they are shipped to those states!!

@edfitzfish They shipped them the same way in the US. Are you kidding? The kill buyer near me shipped his all the way to Texas when there was an Illinois plant! He shipped his the same way.

Now dont go blaming canada its not our fuckign fault that ppl sell ther horses to fucking stupid ppl Ok now dont go blamiing everyone else eccept the us cause ther is more slaughter houses in The us than canada .. You all should be aiming your anger at the breeders who saturate the world with hundreds of thousands of horses that we cannot possibly care for adequately.
Having the option of slaughter enables the breeding to continue. It all needs to be shut down in order to stop the incredible suffering.
There are careless people in every country willing to inflict suffering for a buck.
