@Dylaineho Its not necessarily whats wrong with Edison, but whats fundamentally wrong with our society. Everyone with a good idea wants to make money off that idea. Greed causes man to act irrationally and to attack all that threatens him. Tesla's socialistic idea of free energy would have prevented the development of a consumeristic society.

@Zeinmike walking through arcs is completely possible. As long as you are not wearing conductive material and are not grounded. Now while its possible and painless.. the extreme voltages will still do damage to your nervous system

this society is built on money, profits and expansion. free energy would make all of that useless. imagine a world where energy would be really for free? how much power the big companies would los? the one who controlls the energy, controlls the world. whoever says thats not true, obviously never suffered a power-breakdown at home. we evolved so far that we re now completely helpless without modern technology. sad but true : /

@boywho8ramen: When he is walking he obviously grounded. he may not get electrocuted if he is in anyway insulated from ground. although at such high voltages, the stresses are high and it could damage a person very badly.
