  • God this is sad. What a great lady. I grew up partly in France and Belgium. I'm very lucky because the social scene (and I partied a LOT) is very different. Alcohol and even drugs (pot especially) are everywhere, but there is very little culture of giant binge drinking. And the parties are way much more fun like that....e.g. having a bottle of wine with friends and then dancing but getting SLOWLY buzzed. Its BETTER
