  • Thanks for the update. Good to see you. Sorry I missed it I've been in class and can't believe I missed it. I saw chad and atticus' updates and they mentioned your vid and I was like "what did I miss a new vid". Congrats on getting through week 7 man you are just about there. Thanks for the Ab show ;-) and I see you've changed your scenery. Like that and like the plant in the back. Anyways glad to see you, shaved or unshaven either way glad to see you. Have fun in cuba.

  • Great job making it to week 7. Cuba sounds great, somewhere I've always wanted to visit. You are making great progress if you are starting to see your abs and your biceps are looking fierce. Take care and enjoy your break!

  • Hey man great update...nice to see YOU WANT MORE even during recovery week :P and hey hope u have a great trip to cuba...don't tell the cubans whats our trick to getting ripped aight :P ur looking by the way...jealous of those biceps !!and hey i dont know if your into boxing...but next november im going to NY to see Roy Jones Jr !!! im soo pumped bout that...anyway have fun over there and BRING IT ( to those cubans ladies:P)

  • Add Yoga and Ab Ripper. Those workouts will not overwork you, but they'll do good. I wouldn't recommend doing harder workouts during recovery. Nice update, good luck in Cuba!!!!!

    Good luck on the recovery week...I'm sure it'll be a cake walk for you. Cuba sounds like it's going to be a blast, especially with a new body to show off!

  • Muscles grow when they're resting, which is why you don't do weights during recovery week. If you still feel determined to work on your strength during recovery week, I'd recommend extra Yoga. :) Keep it going man, I see those tickets to the gun show!

  • Hey man, glad to hear the 7th week went well. And I feel ya about the recovery week. That shit is tough to stay motivated on, but I stick through it. Bring it hard during the recovery week and then it will be time for PHASE III!

  • keep up the good work. i am gonna start soon and you smoking? well i do it sometime but i am thinking about stopping it all together when i start. good work man. p.s. i did 2 phases then started working 2 jobs so i stopped but those 2 phases helped a lot and i am looking forward to it again. 1
