The finest trail I have ever ridden. This is the start of about 7 THOUSAND feet of downhill, after climbing to around 12,000 feet elevation. The whole ride took about 6 hours.
The pack got ahead of me while I was starting the camera, then I caught them and passed each one. You can tell I go faster each time I pass someone. The one directly in front of me and at the end is Walter Winslow.
The background music is Rollin' Tumblin' by RL Burnside. I was listening to it in the truck on the way home, imagining making this video. This is my very first video edit. Original length was about 20 minutes. The camera is a GoPro Hero.

  • this is like the spirit from the evil dead movie.

  • This is my all time favorite ride, most of it above tree line. Max out at 12,600, the knee is coming around and I plan on doing it again in a couple of weeks. I have a helmet cam and may make you a film. Of course I will have to take it in slow mo and play back fast to look like this.

  • that is a gnarly bike ride. i did it about three weeks ago and it was the most strenuous ride I have ever done! great video!

    Happy trails
