NOFX- The DECLINE 1-21-08 (Pt, 1)

...about 3-4 years ago I was very interested in NOFX and learned quite a bit of their music. This was one of the many NOFX songs I grew up playing at that time. The video came out pretty good, I thought, for not having played it for at least 9 months or so. (living in BR)

Heel to toe, a rolling action=roll your bass, thats the back bone to playing NOFX and alot of punk, thats playing a double bass withouth a double. Straight sixteenths without a double, clean for like maybe 8 measures, at a fast tempo, don't now if thats possible, so you use the double.

@lilpugh1986 Heal to Toe, Heal to toe, over and over, gotta roll your bass, your right, smelly doesnt use a double, I personaly think rolling your bass drum sounds a bit cooler, i've been doing it that way for a long long time, calf muscles don't get tired anymore.

Great job, but do it right and don't use a double-bass pedal.

@lilpugh1986 You can really say that about anything though. Like I'm a drummer too. I can say why can't you learn to play actual good music and something that takes a lot of skill, such as Rush. Or being able to play polyrhythms during a solo. There's plenty of reasons to complain. Doesn't mean you should.

Dude, your arms are good. And you're probably a good drummer. But covering the decline with a double pedal is just sooooooo gay !!!!!!!!
