  • @THEtechknight, please do you know where find info about who to calculate the oscillator frecuency in order to use more than one chip?

  • changing the oscillator frequency of the MSGEQ7 will cause the band frequencies to shift.

  • @THEtechknight I read it on the datasheet but I haven't info about values and I don't know how to implement in real time. I you have info, please share!

  • Hello, it's easy I've interpolated the info and create bars between the real frequencies. The most easy way is to calculate the average (by example)

  • @mundosimaginados the mathematics behind it should be in the datasheet.

    if you want more than 7 bands, youll have to run more than 1 IC, with the secondary IC upshifted in oscillator frequency to allow you to get inter-band, bands....

  • but.. the msgeq7 gives you only 7 band-ranges, how did you turn them into 16?
