i think thats a front pull, a front lever pull is when u have ur chin over the bar go down to a front lever then ull ur chin over the abr again

@shagy13 if they can do planche and not lever, their shoulders must be ridiculous disproportional to their lats.

@rmsolympic1 levers are much easier. full planche is just crazy.

@rmsolympic1 learn the tucked, then advanced tucked lever. after this you can straddle it. then full lever. always make sure that you can hold those for 30 secs before you go to the next step of conditioning

which requires more strength: the planche or the level?

i think some people find some easier than the other. I find front lever easier but i know 3 people who can't do a decent front lever and have a solid planche.
