This has 5 exercises, each one minute intervals completed once. This was a challenging workout. Exercises: 1) Inverted row on cables using my bodyweight 2) Dips with 25 lb. plate 3) Speed rows with 15 lb. dumbbells 4) tricep overhead press using 12 lb. dumbbells 5) skull crushers using ez bar and 10 lb. plates.
Equipment used: Cable pulley, pair of 12 lb. and 15 lb. dumbbells, 25 lb. plate, and ez par with 10 lbs.

  • Hi, I saw your bulletin, I look forward to your next vid with the pushups! You look tremendous, I wish you the best of luck! On your video, I wonder how many pushups you can do in one set, if you go all out? (With good form, of course!) I managed to get to 40 the other day and I'm not really in shape. Took everything I had, it was embarrassing, LOL. Anyway, I bet you can beat it. :)

    For bicep exercises, what about underhand chinups? I love the bodyweight exercises!

  • @nasaguy I'm not sure how many pushups I will be able to do, I will be performing them in one minute intervals, so we shall see, I'll try to count them as I'm doing them. I can fit in the underhand chinups, but I don't think I can do too many in a one minute interval. I will fit it in the workout. Let me know how I do. Thanks for the comments!
