what do you mean by pull up along front of the leg? tighten the leg muscles while keeping foot flexed?

Avoid oils from beans. Stick to the olives, flowers, grapes, nuts, coconuts, avocados, and seeds. Avoid soy and canola. Avoid corn.

I have injured my knees on a yoga class 2 weeks ago, they hurt so much, I can't even walk without pain, I don't know what to do!

Esther-thank you soooo much for doing a video on yoga for the knees. I have been having trouble with my joints,ESPECIALLY my knees,since I had my hysterectomy 2 years ago. Thank you for making everything so easy and fun! LOVE and HUGS and Prayers! :) You rock,lady! (BTW,I'm Irish also!) :)
