Guild Wars -Trapping Stygian Veil with heroes

That is correct, yes. I never use this build anymore. I only made it as a method to maintain Energizing Wind after the duration reduction so that the old triple dust build used here could still work. Once I discovered that Energizing Wind was not needed to trap, I abandoned this concept.
