In an effort to change their corporate culture and re-focus on customers and cars, the revamped automaker is asking consumers to "Tell Fritz". The new campaign allows people to go online and send their comments to company executives, express their views and give input on the direction of the new GM.
@FloridaBiker We bought a gm in 08, and the truck has been running great and the dealerships service it for free twice a year. So far, I am very impressed with how they are handling customers based off of my experience. I really do think they are making big changes for the better...Just my opinion.

Their focus is on cheating customers!
The New General Motors is far more corrupt than the old General Motors, and that says a lot since the old General Motors was rotten!
General Motors does NOT honor warranties and in a Florida Federal Lawsuit Kidwell v. General Motors in the US District Court at Fort Myers Florida GM Attorneys said they had NO INTENT OF HONORING GM WARRANTIES.
They rip off Veterans and our troops.
Support America....BUY A FORD...WARN EVERYONE NOT TO BUY GM STOCK!

Where is the light truck diesel, the small and medium car diesels. Diesels get 40% better mileage have more torque and last longer than gassers. GM is still selling yesterdays car to today's consumer. Not to say their cars are bad, they are just not what most consumers want. If they ever drove a 2009 vw jetta TDI or some of the EU diesels they would know what I am talking about.

The two women at one minute and a minute ten are the perfect example of why the U.S. automakers need to build better than average cars for a long time to get the consumer base back, because most consumers do not bother to actually check out multiple vehicles they just go on what they knew in the past so unless you continue to build new models year after year that exceed expectations and make a splash in the media you will not get consumers of that type back.

Gm also needs to built a city car with a powerful engine and that can do at least 30 or more MPG city. and they need to make sure it looks desirable to the eyes...
