@alwaysup77 I get same thing..did anyone ever answer your question? Mine at times are so bright & vibrant in color but only a flash for a few seconds & can't figure what images I see in that flash..also at times see numbers as if it were a formula...

Third eye is symbole given to the Corpus callasum of brain . This is the point where right brain and left brain crosses each other and that is why left brain controls right part of the body and right brain controls left brain body.
So when your both part of the brain becomes equally powerfull we say third ankh khul gayee.

can anyone help me with this? I only started to meditate a few months ago, i notice that there are tiny flashes of what looks like light coming from my eyes especially the left eye. What does this mean? thanks

@Raniji1 - I can venture a brief summary, She is referring to increasing awareness via Tratak meditation. She also said that awareness is incremental - starts with your exterior cleanliness and gradually should increase to your internal awareness. As you practive Tratak, your third eye will be activated.
