Sifu Mike Adams does a little impromptu WingTsun chi-sau guo-sau (gor-sau) with one of his long-time students, Ben Stevens. Chi-sau ("sticky hands" or "clinging arms")is a training method to develop sensitivity to what your opponent is actually doing through feeling. Guo-sau is basically free chi sau with a bit of an edge that makes it a little like free chi-sau sparring. This is not choreographed or rehearsed. It's just what came out naturally during a little training over the Christmas 2011 holiday.

Sifu Mike Adams is one of only 3 Americans ever promoted (so far) to 5th Level Practician (Master) by Great Grandmaster Leung Ting. He has been training in WingTsun since 1980. Sifu Adams has a WingTsun school in Bloomington, Illinois as well as classes through his students in Chicago, Iowa, and New York City. Ben Stevens is one of the instructors at the Bloomington, Illinois school.
