  • I'm surprised you'd be shunned for being a crack baby. It used to be more common than now.

    I had a lot of students who were born with drugs/alcohol in their systems. They all had massive behavior problems. But a lot of it had to do with parenting. Most of these kids were bounced from one foster home to the next.
