I Live in Howth, a small fishing village 9 miles from Dublin city in Ireland. I have been eating sea bass all my life ..pan fried with olive oil and garlic..or a squeeze of fresh lemon and black pepper, or on the barbeque in foil. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR DESTROYING THAT FISH. CALL YOURSELF A CHEF...

U destroyed the fish with that sauce!!! I live on the mediterranean sea, and the only thing that goes on the fish is garlic, olive oil and parsleaf (not sure how to spell that), even that is too much becouse we put that on the fis only if its not fresh, that+a bottle of good Malvazija or Graševina and u have a orgasam in jour mouth

what would you recommend looking up? I love gordon ramsay, he is a down to earth mother fucker with a great sense of humor and amazing work ethic.

look up Gordon ramsay in india. It's a series of him traveling around that country exploring so much. It was one of the most amazing documentaries i have ever seen and it's here on youtube!

I was grilling fish like this years ago, prior to having a computer bought about 10 years ago, and the advent of the internet. So was I doing it wrong too?! Shoot! Don't thing so. I use grill whole bass and red snapper and it was great. Use to grill up on my roof top in Willy B Bk! That's what's up! Love BF!
