El Hazard - Once in a Lifetime

This is not my video -- it was made by Michael Ko (aka Dr. Anime). I first saw it at the music video contest of Katsukon 3 (1997) in Virginia Beach, VA. This video is what inspired me to create my own AMVs.

Michael did not use any fancy computer hardware or editing tools to create this video. It was simply made by copying clips from one VCR to another with a flying erase head. No audio dubbing was even utilized. Once the video track was assembled manually on tape, a CD Player was hooked up and the VHS tape and CD were started in sync to create a master copy.

Anyway, this video really inspired me so I hope you enjoy it. I apologize for the grainy video but capturing from VHS is tough. The audio track has been digitally remastered for this version.

this song is sick now "I feel your seed raining down on me" talking about "wet black leather one her skin" forgive me if I'm over stepping my bounds but this doesn't sound lovely to me it sounds like bondage and domination, but i wish you to listen to the song maybe I'm wrong please give me some feed back thank you

@rikohran The whole albumn had a water theme. The correct lyric is "I feel your sea raining down on me" - more about being emotionally overwhelmed. Some of the imagery in the song's lyrics are sexual submissive in nature, especially at the beginning, but its intended to represent the emotional confusion of meeting someone who simply sweeps her off her feet. The song express desire, mistrust, pain, and euphoria of a complicated and passionate relationship.

One of the earliest AMVs I saw back in the day, and still one of my favorites. Unfortunately, the digital copy that I saved from somewhere long ago currently doesn't work (missing video plugins), so I'm glad to see it uploaded here.

i almost feel that on the part of sarah this song may not have been a song of love  but of a relationship that was more painful and by singing this song she could finally be rid of it...... but it just may be a dominatrix song.
