I do a little bit of Jerking (if you dont know what that is type in WTF1lthyz and click the first video) and krumping and bonrebreakin is startin to become real popular im tryin to learn how to do it but im not really a double-jointed person or that flexible will these stretches help me to become more flexible??

@EliFmusik its varies from person to person. from muscle definition to how flexible you already are. Some people advance faster than others...but for me it took me a good two weeks till i could actually go all the way but it hurt A LOT...
