The five to four vote hands the Bush administration it's third setback over treatment of prisoners. The men are being held indefinitely at the U-S Naval base in Cuba. Some have been there for more than six years. Among the prisoners are men considered high-value targets. They including Khalid Sheik Mohammad, who the government says was the mastermind of the September 11th attacks. Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote in the majority opinion that "The laws and Constitution are designed to survive, and remain in force, in extraordinary times." It's not clear whether this ruling, unlike the first two, would lead to prompt hearings for the detainees, so ___ ___, The Associated Press.

Well gitmo is being closed and you have nothing more to worry about..except for the well being of the detainees when they hit general population. They are taken away from their fellow terrorists and place into a hellhole with killers who have no chance of getting out and qualms about killing as many of them as they can.
