This is my first application of shop-made wooden gears. It's a jig to shift my table saw rip fence in consistent increments for cutting strips to laminate together. In this case, the thickness required was not an even multiple of 1/16" or 1/32", so using the built-in scale on the rip fence would have been nearly impossible. I was shooting for 0.114", with repeatable accuracy. See how I did it, and how well it worked!
