"she has no kids" good, we don't need people like that breading. The husband was probably against it in the first place but didn't speak up. Yea, it sucks that the things you love you can't have all of it but there is no problem in having just 3 cats, she should be happy with that. 100+ cats creates an unhealthy atmosphere and unhealthy physically, she should know better though. I still feel bad for her, I hate seeing people said and depressed but she should know better.
@openupfresh I don't think the cats were healthy, you could clearly see how the eyes of a certain cat were affected by disease. I do feel pretty bad for those people, though. They had no idea that they were neglecting their animals, they thought that food and water would be enough to keep the cats healthy - but the cats clearly needed medical attention as well. They had good intentions, but they are just too simple-minded to understand what they have to do to properly take care of an animal.
minnesota law only allows one family to a limit of 3 cats per house hold , and 3 is the limit , minnesota pet ownership laws , limits 3 cats per house hold and 2 dogs per house hold , so each family in minnesota is allowed to have 2 dogs and 3 cats , thats the law , no one can have over 3 cats and over 2 dogs , thats against the law in minnesota .
@stopglobalswarming 118 cats living in the same house? That's not healthy at all for the cats or the people keeping them. You have to be an idiot to defend these people.
I have more respect for the cat-worshippors that keep them in their house, than the people who do this same thing by letting them run all over the neighborhood.
@hannahrosex3 How do you know they were healthy? The report doesn't state the health of the animals, only that the owners insist they were well cared for. Well, I'm sorry, but they're mentally ill who see nothing wrong with keeping 118 cats, I'm not prepared to take their word. The cats were living "in filth" - they could have been infested with worms, FIV, leukaemia, even a severe flea infestation is enough to destroy a cat's health, undesexed cats can die of pyometra or prostate infections
Those cats looked fine to me & Minnesota is messed up only allowing 3 cats per household!!!!
