awesome, I have done a few smaller triathlons, I have now signed up to do Ironman Kansas, I watch this every night before I go to bed. Is there something wrong with us that like to suffer. My mom is a counselor, I think she worries about me. ha

@zer01ife Umm if your HR is bumping around 10, then you need to see a doctor haha most pro elites bump around 30's.

@buffalobeast13 The swim accounts for 10% of the entire race. Being an excellent swimmer really accounts for nothing in a race of this magnitude. Like my coach always said, the race is won on the run, so don't' get too caught up on other things. lol
