In the early medieval ages a new power rises from the history and takes its place on the great historical scene of the known world. It is Bulgaria. Although it is not so popular the bulgarian history and events are remarkable and have left their mark. Thanks to Khan Asparuh (681-700 A.D.) we have a country today. Please people watch and understand that Bulgaria was once one of the three main powers in Europe along with Byzantium and the Franks.
The truth is that our history is not so popular and too few people know it or have heard about it. Well i study history and i can tell that there's no lie or deceive and we were truly once a great power and nation reaching Black, White and Adriatic seas.
In this video you can see the events that occurred before the creation of Bulgaria and the reasons for its creation. I hope you like it. It is translated as you can see to english. If you have any questions ask me.

  • @lordofutub I see. Well it's really contraversial

  • @Par4e No you get me wrong. I meant the place that is now Russia and/or Georgia. I just meant the place of origin.

But it was again because of political and geographical interests. Bulgarians were first to introduce culture than the russians in Europe

  • @Par4e Aren't the bulgars russian/georgian. Didn't they live just under the caucasus? At least that's what i thought...

  • @dragoryn Hey man I don't want to insult you in any way, but even according to Danube Bulgarian authors in the 11th century, the Bulgar tribe is just one out of three Cumans tribes. The only difference was that the Bulgars were Christians and the two other Cuman tribes were pagan.

  • @dragoryn Yes lol, Prof.Dr.SvenLagerbring is a Pan-Turkist as all other westerners xD hahaha

  • @xNAJAFx Nobody knows for sure

  • @dragoryn

in other words, you dont know.

  • @xNAJAFx 3) indigenous people that firstly inhabited the Balkans, the Eastern contribution is likely due to the Proto-Bulgarians originating from the Middle East and to the Slavs migrating from northeast Europe"

    - Bulgarians vs the other European populations: a mitochondrial DNA perspective.

Department of Medical Genetics, Medical University of Sofia, 1431, Sofia, Bulgaria.

  • @xNAJAFx 2) Bulgarian mitochondrial pool is geographically homogeneous across the country, and that is characterized by an overall extremely high frequency of western Eurasian lineages. In the principal component analysis, Bulgarians locate in an intermediate position between Eastern European and Mediterranean populations, which is in agreement with historical events. Thus while the Mediterranean legacy could be attributed to the Thracians...
