@bayarearacing408 actually, rwd is better for this, because its pushin a car, not pullin, more energy is need when pullin a car, but it is definatly cheaper and lighter.

@rattoh if i was drag racing ill go with a fwd, if i was auto crossing ill go with the rwd.if i go dirt autocrossing ill go with the 4wd.its all preference. for drag racing its funner to go fwd because its cheaper and you dont need alot of horse to get most fwd cars to go fast.rwd needs a ton of power for drag and also 4wd cars.they are just too dam heavy! 4wd cars are not very good for drag because most of the time you need 350-450whp to do 12's and 11's and with all that power driveline snaps.
