hey.. No.. Listen guys.. When tegan and sara recorded this songs, they didnt have a tuner with them so they did not know the the actual tunings of the guitar.. So when they recorded they use these tabs and tunings. But when they go for a tour, they dont have time to tune. So they use a capo on the 2nd fret and tune A down to G. So this is all correct . plus they have the tabs for tour too

I figured out the tuning, and this video is all wrong. All you have to due is tune the A string down to a G to play this song. The other strings stay in standard tuning, then add the capo.
