I'm not sure I got this. Should I squeeze it at the bottom? ;) Oh yeah and keeping perfect form like he did here is just for beginners. When you become pro you can jerk back like he said not to. Why else do you think the NATURAL bodybuilders get to be how they are? They keep a good form though, but doing how they do it allows them to lift more weight which is a good thing the last time I checked. :P
