Just a few examples of using proximity mines for something else than fragging!

Tricks scornforge (qzteam4) are pretty useful on real CTF game too for a surprise attack.

and btw, if you have your teammate shoot you with a prox mine, you get the timer when it will explode, u can use this as a rocket jump, and regardless what power up it doesnt hurt you.

You can shoot yourself with a proximity mine too.

No the mine doesn't hurt you. It just knocks back. Rocket jump still hurts though.

@MantarayProductions the mine explodes from the explosion of your rocket or plasma (plasma are tiny explosions, try shooting it next to someone's feet)
