SCAT Bus Sign Error

I saw this recently and decided to film it. Here's something you don't see everyday. It's a Space Coast Area Transit bus displaying an ERROR message on the information sign. I don't know anything else about this other than what you see.

AND before some jerk leaves a comment about my spelling ability... YES I know I mistyped "MESSEGE" in the video, I was too lazy to fix it.

UPDATE:
I just saw a bus VERY similar to this one today - 7-08-09 and it had the same error message. The one I saw today was bus number 3009. I think the error is being displayed in place of the "OUT OF SERVICE" or "NOT IN SERVICE" message that is usually displayed by the other buses that sit in this same location around the time of filming.
