  • I just want to know, if we can have vitamin gummy? my dr. told me a can't because I won't absorbe it....what do you think?

  • @glendy36 hey... I know I am not a dpctor but from my experience, beau was taking the normal vitamin has his surgeon told him too and now he has too much vitamin b and others in him, so he was told to try them. Yea, you still absorb it, but it dependa how far out you are. Like you shouldn't do that immediately post op and you ahould only use them if your doctor believes you are absorbing too much of your vitamins

  • Liquid Reviva is a great, too! I showed/talked about the multi and calcium citrate in my last video.

Question: you mention sauces... have you found ranch and ketchup to be okay post op?

  • @EsperanzasBody I do Liquid Raw Agave for a sweetener most of the time, i meant to mention that lol. Yeah, they have a ketchup and a ranch sauce in the dressing isle that is calorie free, sugar free, and it def isnt ketchup or ranch but it works, I also use a lot of the spritz dressings. But Ranch and Ketchup does not bother me now, well the ranch does a little but ketchup isnt a problem =-)

  • Great Video! The only other vitamins that I have incorporated is a vitiamin c with iron and a msm supplement. I started taking it for muscle sorness and spasms but, it has tons of other benefits like softens skin,, thickens hair and nails and lastly give a little more energy. Thanks for sharing
