Russian Aid teams arrive in Haiti, save survivors from rubble

Russian Emergency Ministry planes are being considered for use by other states to help in the desperate aid mission to Haiti. Rescue workers who've arrived from Russia have already saved survivors from the rubble. Specialist teams with dogs, along with doctors and other experts have flown from Moscow to the devastated country. Psychologists are assisting families that have lost or are searching for their loved ones. A mobile hospital is working to combat the threat of disease in the aftermath. But rescue efforts are being hampered too by criminal dangers - making it difficult to operate on the ground.

When Russians do thins, they don't do it for politics or to please anyone, they do it because they feel the need to...If not for the High racist attacks in Russia, I would simply say that Russia is the best...Russians have a good heart and they have helped Africans and asia alot in the past...I pray it continue to grow as a nation!

I knew russians would step up, it is sad that there is no info not even a line about russian who is helping in haiti on a american television. its a shame, american government shouldnt be covering all truth, Same thing is happening now, as it was during the russian-georgian conflict. US media covered russia with so much sh*t, and no apology was given to russia after everyone found out that georgia was an aggressor. Russians dont give a sh*t. Their time will come...!!! Russia is the Greatest!!

I agree with DrPetrov, I am from Russia as well, whatever happens, we always don't get named. Even though Russians were helping during nigh as well when that robbing, killing and stealing happened and that's why others didn't work at night.

USA has given much aid to Hati over many years. Problem is hatians can't govern themselves. ~1995, Aristede with USA etc. support becomes Pres., then serves a 2nd time in office later but a HATIAN COUP against him occurs because Hatians accuse him of courruption etc.

Hatians start killing each other again so USA & UN troops go to Hati. Same old same old.

Then why does America ships its jobs and factories to the proletariat Workers Paradise in China when it is still being governed by the comrades. Seems those Americans are the real communists because they exploit the american workers so they can enjoy the good life of smoking Cuban cigars ans buying their mistresses and whore martini and champagne at angry hour on Fridays.
