a granny we saw in portsmouth 'attempting' to get out a space, but making a mess of it, she crashes into the cars in front of her and behind, very funny!

Three options, offer to help, report the driver for driving without due car and attention or film it on a phone whilst having a laugh and taking the piss then post the video on Youtube?

I'd go for the first option every time and if it turns out the driver is incapable or unfit, option two. That's just me. I was brought up with a lot more respect than the rest of the Jeremy Kyle show generation.

@TheLiquidKnight I would go for option one every time too, thats if i have the following; insurance to drive another persons car, a driving license and the drivers permission, without either of these it is quite hard and ILLEAGAL. This is hardly a 'good' example of what is wrong with the country, compared with most of the countries in the world you are very lucky to live here, if you are unhappy about the 'jeremy kyle' generation then do something about rather than moaning on my video!!!

@ToOtinc I'd stand outside the car and offer directions initially. It is the owner of the car who is responsible for the giving consent to another driver and the legal ramifications of allowing that driver to use their vehicle without adequate third party insurance. Compared to a lot of places I have been Great Britain is generally a good place to be and I have seen a lot worse.
