@falconsfan70 Yes I do, I'm just screwing with you because you people are so annoying. It's training, in training you're supposed to scratch it <3
-
@santeenl dude u seriously dnt kno what a scratch is wow man
-
@santeenl its pracite, why not make it a habit so youre used to it and dont hurt yourself in a meet. mastery is all about habit.
-
@dwizzle314159 it's practice, why hurt your body by trying to stay in the ring for 60 throws??
-
@falconsfan70 ..? what does it even mean
-
@PrinceDeezl ...?

@Jeremy96H denk je dat een 15 jarige speerwerper dat beter weet dan een wereldklasse discuswerpen? ;) Bovendien is deze video 3 jaar oud en is zijn techniek dag van vandaag beter

Erik's form is beautiful. I think he throws very far, especially when you consider that he carries his lead (left arm) arm too high on the pivot. This limits the height you get with the discus. Then, when he gets into the power position, he has his lead arm straight out when it should be tucked against your body and low, then you can explode up from the power position.

@trent1able Maybe your body throws right-handed?
I ahte when people point out scratches in training throws. During practice I scratch almost every throw, exactly like he did, but in meets, you pull the left leg back around and keep it in. Him scratching should not change your opinion of the throw
