  • Last year Bluebird (a potato chip maker) held a competition for people to come up with a new chip flavour. The winner was to receive $20000 cash and 3% of sales.

I entered the competition in good faith by submitting what I thought was a good idea.

    I didn't win the competition.

Four days ago while at the supermarket, I happened to stumble upon a packet of Bluebird chips displaying on it's label the exact flavour I submitted for the competition.

    What should I do?

  • @3nasacova Idk? I think what @jersey87 said was right on... I'd just jump on the next thing =)

  • But it won't yield any profit for years and years, according to experts, so stock prices will purely be based on IPO cash injections from Wall Street 'Pump & Dump' investors like Goldman Sachs.

Its one huge pyramid scheme with no expectations of revenue.

Facebook is still trying to invent ways to make money off its inherently weak advertising platform.

The valuation of Facebook's $100BN is purely based on number of unique hits, but user traffic DOES NOT EQUATE revenue, so its a 'House of Cards.'

  • You really are the most beautiful geek I ever did see. No but really, you're gorgeous lol

  • Lol @SeventhSun why?

  • @SeventhSun Money is never boring!!!

  • @SeventhSun Soon enough. America is producing entertainment more than anything else - remember Rome? This is usually the path to demise. Seriously - there's too much fluff out there and social media and the internet are nothing else than a "phone machine" - why invest so much in a communication tool when communicating is no longer a problem? We're talking too much and we need to do it publicly via internet but this is not as important as solving real problems (energy, diseases, food, etc.).

  • @SeventhSun You tell me I was probably an evil money grabbing arsehole in a previous life, and then tell me to cheer up. Well, now I can't wait to find out what shit I will get up to in my next life. I'm sure it will involve sorting fuckers like you out.

  • @EagleGarrett

    :P :P :P

  • @85335tunji

You people are boring. Give me a break!

  • @EagleGarrett

What do friend invites do? You don't reply, or respond, or talk to your "friends" and oh I get it? It's just to beg for subscriptions and being annoying on the side. Eh, anus face?

  • @catascouts

Everybody wants to get a big break in life and see the good stuff roll in but all these social networking sites are just sturdy but hopeful fishing rods in the pond of big chances as actually able and lucky anglers are few and far in between and this also means the unlucky and the noobs form the crowd total that would catch nothing and go home empty handed by sundown.

If a bubble has to blow, it will blow. The only question is: when?
