This is just a cut of the entire KTR clip.
Donghae, Sunye, Eunhyuk and Sohee were supposed to act out a scene in which the girl (Sunye) was being teased by a boy (Donghae) about her being motherless.
At 4:45, a listener asked Sunye a question and Sunye explained that she lost her mother at a young age. Donghae felt bad about 'teasing' Sunye earlier.
At 4:58 Sunye tried to laugh it off seeing how embarrassed Donghae was and said "he didn't know about it so it is alright". Notice that all this while Sohee was also looking uncomfortable until Sunye break the awkward atmosphere with her laugh.
At 8:12 Donghae pats Sunye on her back (as an apology?).

OMG! Sunye is an orphan? :'( I'm sure that she feels upset when Donghae does that. But i think Sunye forgive Donghae because she doesn't want Donghae/people feel sorry to her :') *Sorry for my bad english
